We are continually looking for talented individuals who would like to join our Team. We recognize that working in a retail bakery environment is not for everyone. If you tend to thrive in beauracracy with layers of management, we may not be for you. However, if tackling a multitude of tasks with minimal supervision appeals to you, we may be right for you.

We hire managers, retail associates, bakers and drivers (full size cargo van). Of course the requirements for each position vary. For example to be considered for a retail associate, you must be reliable, have a desire to work for the public and have a "can do" attitude. Drivers with a "marginal" driving record need not apply. Regardless of the position for which you may be applying, good communication skills are a must.

Current openings include:

BETHESDA: Full-time counter sales position. Duties will include among others opening and closing responsibilities; preparing sandwiches; and waiting on customers.

Part-time: We also have in Bethesda an opening for a part-time sales associate. The hours are flexible, but the candidate must be able to work at least 6 hours per week.

COLLEGE PARK: We have an opening for a part-time counter sales associate at our Kiosk inside the My Organic Market Grocery Store. Hours will be from 11 am to 6 pm two to three days per week.

GAITHERSBURG: We have an opening for a part-time counter sales associate. Hours are flexible. We need both am and pm coverage.
