If you tend to thrive in beauracracy with layers of management, we may not be for you. However, if tackling a multitude of tasks with minimal supervision appeals to you, we may be right for you.

We hire managers, retail associates, bakers and drivers (full size cargo van). Of course the requirements for each position vary. For example to be considered for a retail associate, you must be reliable, have a desire to work for the public and have a "can do" attitude. Drivers with a "marginal" driving record need not apply. Regardless of the position for which you may be applying, good communication skills are a must.

Current openings include:

DC:  Full-time counter sales position. Duties will include among others opening and closing responsibilities; preparing sandwiches; and waiting on customers.  Also, we are looking for a seasoned employee for management responsibilities.

BETHESDA: Full-time counter sales position. Duties will include among others opening and closing responsibilities; preparing sandwiches; and waiting on customers.

Part-time: We also have in DC and Bethesda an opening for a part-time sales associate. The hours are flexible, but the candidate must be able to work at least 6 hours per week.  Great for a student.

GAITHERSBURG: We have an opening for a part-time counter sales associate. Hours are flexible. We need both am and pm coverage.
