We have lots of pastries both sweet and savory each day. We offer many items daily; however, some items are pop up as we like to use seasonal items that we can source locally. We have such fun developing new items using those fresh and locally sourced produce. Check your locations to see what is available.
Please note that we are not a nut-free or gluten-free facility. We use flour in most of our baked goods and breads so there is flour dust and particles in the air. Spring Mill uses soybeans, eggs, milk (other dairy), tree nuts and peanuts in the bakery.
We are very sensitive to allergies and take them seriously. We want to state that while we do our best to avoid cross contamination due to our open baking process there is always a risk of cross contamination.
