Please note that we are not a nut-free or gluten-free facility. We use flour in most of our baked goods and breads so there is flour dust and particles in the air. Spring mill uses soybeans, eggs, milk (other dairy), tree nuts and peanuts in the bakery.
We are very sensitive to allergies and take them seriously. We want to state that while we do our best to avoid cross contamination due to our open baking process there is always a risk of cross contamination.
